FastDevz LLC provides software development, consulting, training, and related digital services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements or service contracts.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Client-specific deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and contracts. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before project commencement
• Milestone payments are due upon delivery of specified deliverables
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastDevz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the nature of the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
